...may the Lord make you increase and abound in love for one another and for all, as we do for you, so that he may establish your hearts blameless in holiness before our God and Father, at the coming of our Lord Jesus with all his saints.  1st Thessalonians 3:12-13

If we define love, as the Apostle Paul did in his Letter to the Corinthians, it would make sense that a concept that is as simple (but not always easy) as love would be a tool that Jesus would use to establish us as blameless before God. The fact that we would be patient and forbearing with each other and that we would desire the best for each other would go very far.

However, ultimately, in our flesh, it is impossible to carry this out the way that God intends. Unless we are full of the Holy Spirit, we cannot produce the Fruit of the Spirit in a pure manner that God, the Father, would desire for us. In his epistle to the Thessalonian church, Paul is rejoicing for the good news he received from Timothy about them. Paul said that even in affliction he was facing, knowing this good report brought him joy. He wanted to see his brothers and sisters at the Thessalonians church face to face. This is part of being at peace with one another. God sees it as a beautiful thing when we live in unity with each other. However, this unity cannot just be based upon a leader in this world but in Christ alone. If you have a desire to stand blameless and holy before God when Jesus comes again, be established in love as God fills you with the Holy Spirit. He will take care of the rest.
